NXP's New Ethernet surge protection chip > 25 A 8/20 µs: IP4238CZ10 2012/10/30 NXP Semiconductors
Analog
New from the world's leading supplier of ESD protection, the Ethernet surge protection chip IP4238CZ10. It offers a unique combination of high surge ruggedness > 25 A 8/20 μs, very low 3 pF line capacitance, and extremely low clamping. This keeps the stress on the system chip to a minimum and maintains signal integrity – the perfect choice to protect high-speed receiver and transmitter ports. IP4238CZ10 is housed in the leadless 2.6 x 2.6 x 0.5 mm package (DFN2626-10).
