Thin-film type metal film resistors RN73H and RN73R support a standard high-precision resistance tolerance: ± 0.05% and temperature coefficient of resistance: ± 5 × 10⁻⁶ / K. As the reliability test ⊿R shows extremely high accuracy of ± 0.1% (RN73R is ± 0.1% to ± 0.25%), the products achieve minimal current noise, and improved moisture resistance by applying a special protective film. AEC-Q200 tested.
The thick film type highly reliable chip resistor RS73 series has high accuracy (resistance value tolerance ± 0.1% ~, temperature coefficient of resistance ± 25 × 10⁻⁶ / K ~) and excellent long-term stability (⊿R of reliability test is ± 0.2% ~ ± 0.5%). The ultra-precision class chip resistor RK73G series is a high-precision product with resistance value tolerance of ± 0.25% and resistance temperature coefficient of ± 50 x 10⁻⁶ / K.
