Digi embedded products contain processors, memory, and other application specific parts which have been highly impacted. As a result, Digi will implement a price increase to embedded products in the monthly price list effective June 7, 2021. This increase does not apply to existing orders, and will apply to new orders entered on or after June 7, 2021. |

Digi International has implemented policy changes to the Return Authorization (RA) process : All Digi Products These changes are effective now. Reason for change: Simplify and clarify our policy and reduce the RA cycle time for customers Return Authorization Policy The cost of the device and the quantity of the return determines the replacement or repair strategy. We will no longer require the return of the device(s) for all transactions. Device(s) must be returned for Customer Owned Repairs and as requested for a Replacement transaction. |
