经AEC-Q101认证，适用于汽车应用

东京—东芝公司（TOKYO：6502）旗下存储与电子元器件解决方案公司今日宣布推出小封装尺寸的N沟道MOSFET，该MOSFET适用于LED驱动器应用中的负载开关，包括汽车仪表盘仪表和前照灯以及LED电视背光灯，它们是业界领先的[1]低导通电阻MOSFET。新产品出货即日启动。

随着节能LED应用的增加，市场对用作LED驱动器开关的N沟道MOSFET的需求也不断增加。为满足这一需求，东芝已扩大其产品阵容，增加两款具有业界领先的低导通电阻的小封装MOSFET—60V“SSM3K341R”和100V“SSM3K361R”。与东芝之前的产品相比，这些新产品将开通损耗造成的散热降低约65%[2]。而且，这些MOSFET使用SOT-23F小尺寸扁平引脚型封装，与传统SOT-89封装相比，该封装在保持相同散热水平的同时，将封装尺寸减小约64%。这两款产品均通过AEC-Q101认证，适用于汽车应用。
