Description:
This is the official notification that the production of our F38 and F98 series in our Japan facility will be discontinued by August 1st 2024.
Please note that in many cases our TC, TCS, TCT, TCSO, and TCTO series include direct equivalents to the F38/98 series, and we encourage customers to consider switching to those series currently.

Reasons/Background:
Stop of production of F38 and F98 in our Japan Facility.

Manufacturing location change/F38/F98 Series Marking change

Description:
This is the official notification that the production of our F38 and F98 series in our Japan facility will be discontinued by August 1st 2024 and the manufacturing of these parts will be continued in other KYOCERA AVX factories. The manufacturing technology and marking of the parts will be changed but part number, form, fit or function of the capacitors are not affected.
Some part numbers will be discontinued or changed form.

Reasons/Background:
Stop of production of F38 and F98 in our Japan Facility and marking unification.
