Bourns has introduced six new TBU^® HSP product families. The TBU-DF series with two impulse voltages and five trigger currents; the TBU-CA with five impulse voltages and five trigger currents; the TBU-CA-Q series is the AEC-Q101 compliant variant of the TBU-CA series; the TBU-DT series with two impulse voltages and four trigger currents. The TBU-DB-Q with one impulse voltage, one trigger current and AEC-Q101 compliancy; the TBU-PL, a dual 50 ohm bidirectional device with four impulse voltages, two trigger currents, and an added feature for both voltage and current triggering; and the TBU-RS for RS-485 port protection and saving board space.
