2024/02/14	PDN(Product Discontinuation Notice)	The 128Mb 3.3V Sync DRAM beginning with IS42S16800F, IS42S81600F, and IS42S32400F are being replaced with parts with a more advanced process technology. The recommended replacement part was designed with the same form, fit and function as the original part. The wafer fab remains Powerchip, and the process technology changes from 72nm to 38nm.
