High Voltage Op Amps (>=10 V)
Many possible combinations of power consumption and gain bandwidth, allowing customers to get the best performance for the appropriate accuracy. The high-voltage families simplifies the design of sensors for applications from automotive electronics to smart buildings and industrial controls.
Benefiting from the advanced 16 V CMOS manufacturing process, developed in-house, ST’s TSX op-amp series deliver higher accuracy than existing devices, with greater longterm stability. Moreover, the process enables tiny die sizes for ultra-small surface-mount packages.
Extremely low power consumption makes the op amps ideal for battery or solar-powered equipment.
The TSX families, a new generation of 16V CMOS ICs
The TSX families, a new generation of ICs using an advanced manufacturing process, helps save energy, improve accuracy and simplify the design for applications from automotive electronics to smart buildings and industrial control.
•The TSX631/2/4 single, dual and quad amplifiers offer a 200 kHz gain bandwidth product while consuming 60 μA maximum at 16 V •The TSX561/2/4 single, dual and quad amplifiers offer an outstanding speed/power consumption ratio, 900 kHz gain bandwidth product while consuming only 250 μA at 16 V •The TSX921 and TSX9291 single amplifiers offer excellent AC characteristics, respectively 10 and 16 MHz gain bandwidth and 0.0003 % THD+N
