Continuing this process, NXP Semiconductors now announces the Customer Information Notification 202107006I outlining the limited availability of legacy RF power products associated with this notification. As previously communicated, NXP will cease the fabrication of the die content in these devices by 01-Dec-2023.
2024/09/22	PCN(Product Change Notice)	Following NXP’s announcement of the limited availability of certain legacy RF Power products in previous revision (CIN 202107006I), NXP announces that the die inventory needed to manufacture the devices included in this communication is at or near the level at which the impacted devices can no longer be made available to the general market. When inventory levels reach the point at which new builds cannot be supported, new orders will no longer be accepted unless a contract has previously been executed with NXP.
