Depending on the model, new production materials and/or suppliers will be added for the LED Chip, Silicone resin, 1st mold resin, and 2nd mold resin. Sharp will be applying this running change in production from August, 2022.
2022/12/01	PCN(Product Change Notice)	SOP 4/5 pin type Photocoupler and Phototriac Coupler (36 models) Addition of LED chip and resin. Effect of Change: This is planned as a running change, starting with December 2022 production
2023/12/01	PCN(Product Change Notice)	Product Change Notification Due to EOL announcement for the optical IC chip used in our PC457L0 series, we have selected a new optical IC chip to assure a continuously stable production. In addition, we will also change the Infrared LED Chip for stable supply. Comparison Table and Reliability Report are available by end September.

Reel Processing
