In January 2024, we made a fresh start under a new management team.

Based on the business model and customer base built up to this point, we are committed to further reform the business model and accelerate growth globally.
Our company-wide direction and strategy are outlined below:

1. Establish a foundation for “next growth” : Reinforce a digital platform in order to accelerate innovation in the electronics industry.
2. Enlarge business domain : Futher strengthen cooperation with Arrow Electronics group companies and expand business domain in such fields as information service.
3. Global expansion : Accelerate customer penetration and business development, especially in Asia. Establish a position as “Asia’s No. 1 semiconductor/electronic components digital distribution player” by 2030.
