Why are there multiple search results for the same part number?

Multiple results are displayed when the sales packing form, MOQ/SPQ, unit price, number of stock, or delivery conditions are different.

What different types of packaging are there?

The type of packaging of the product is displayed.

Bulk

Bulk is a package which the separete parts are packed in a bag, or packed individually.

Tape & Reel

Tape & Reel is the unmodified original reel received from the manufacturer.
In case the MOQ is smaller than the manufacturer’s standard package quantity, it will be cut tapes even if the package is shown as “Tape & Reel”.

Cut Tape

Cut tape is a tape cut from an original reel. Cut tape does not contain a leader or trailer.
If you require a one continuous cut tape, please put your comment on your remarks.
For our supplier’s stock, we are unable to ensure that the package will be one continuous cut tape even if you put your remark.

Tray

Parts are packed on a plastic or aluminum tray.
Please note that package will be changed from tray to bulk if the order quantity is small.

Tube

Tube is a plastic package which protects the leads of the part. The plug on each end prevents parts from sliding out.
Please note that package will be changed from tube to bulk if the order quantity is small.

Tape & Box

Tape & Box is a continuous cut tape that is folded like an accordion or rolled into a spiral in a box. The tape is usually pulled from the top of the box.

What is MOQ/SPQ?

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): The minimum quantity that you can order. Depending on the product, the minimum quantity for purchase may be 2 or more. In this case, please enter a number equivalent to or more than the MOQ as desired quantity on the search results or shopping cart page.

SPQ (Standard Packing Quantity): Multiples in which a product can be ordered. Orders must be made in multiples of the SPQ.

* Example: MOQ/SPQ= 2/2 => You can order a minimum of 2 pieces in units of 2,4,6 or 8 pieces. * Example: MOQ/SPQ=100/10 => You can order a minimum of 100 pieces in increments of 10 pieces per unit. * Please enter the quantity you want when making a RFQ

It takes a very long time to execute a search.

It may take time to display the search results if a search is made using partial part numbers, a large number of keywords, or if there are a large number of applicable products to a product category search. Please make sure there are no problems with your internet connection.

Will the product be shipped on the expected shipping date as displayed in the search results?

Most of the products can be shipped within the same day. Please confirm the expected shipping date displayed for each product before placing orders.
If you select the TT in advance (bank transfer) option as your payment method, please note that shipment will be made after confirmation of payment.
If you are in a hurry, please select the payment method that allows for the product to be shipped precisely on the shipping date displayed (Credit card, Credit account (Net30) * Application required in advance).
Please be aware that the expected shipping date for quoted product may vary depending on the status of delivery from the supplier and the progress of shipping.

Will I receive a quotation on the date displayed on the search results page as the scheduled date of the quotation reply?
